1 LB Hamburger
14 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
15 oz Can Chili Beans
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1 Can Tomato Soup
12-18oz Tomato Juice
1 Package Chili Seasoning Mix
Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Tabasco to Taste
Elbow Noodles, Cooked (2.5 cups dry)
Brown Hamburger, Drain Fat
Simmer in kettle 15 minutes: Cooked Hamburger, Tomatoes, Onion, Tomato Soup, Tomato Juice, Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder
Add to kettle and simmer 15 more minutes: Chili Seasoning Mix, Tabasco, Diced Green Pepper, Chili Beans
If too thick add more juice or water
Add cooked noodles and simmer 10 more minutes
NOTE: If freezing do not add the noodles.
