1 Can Garbanzo beans
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt,
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
Kalamata Olives (Optional)
Boil Garbanzo Beans for 20 minutes. Let them sit and cool.
Drain Garbanzo Beans
Put Garbanzo Beans in a food processer and add 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tbsp tahini. (Optionally add as many Kalamata Olives based on your mood)
