4-pound pork butt roast
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 water
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 hours. (Longer for larger butt)
Use 2 forks to shred the pork. Serve with 2 tablespoons of the liquid on top to keep the meat moist.
