6 Boneless Pork Chops
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Soup Can of Milk
1 Large Can of Mushrooms (or 2 small)
Hot Cooked Rice
Brown pork chops on both sides. (I usually put a small about of butter under each while browning).
Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk and mushrooms. Pour over pork chops and simmer covered for 1 hour (Do the hour, definitely makes them more tender!).
Serve over cooked rice.
